People behind the Éclusiers Market
Echo Vergil and Devin DeSousa, owners of the well-known Fabergé restaurant in the Mile-End, are at the origin of the Market Lockers’ Market. The concept is born of their desire to open a space encompassing a strong and vibrant community spirit that embodies the current revolution in food culture. They want to create an environment that can educate people about their food choices, highlighting local products, and educating consumers about the waste of food.
And while you’re in the area, why not go relax at the Bota Bota!
