The Montreal CocktailFest will work in the form of electronic coupons. Ticket holders will have access to these coupons through the festival’s application which will launch prior to the event. The festival opted for this digital approach to increase participants’ interactivity and reduce the impact of physical coupons in exchange for cocktails. Each cocktail will be worth between 5 and 1 coupons, each food item between 1 and 5 coupons, and the non-alcoholic cocktails will have a value of 3 coupons.
