Lot of surprises for Saloon Bistro Bar 25th anniversary
Last Wednesday the Saloon Bistro Bar celebrated its 25th anniversary. Passage forced during a visit in the village, the institution has carved a huge place in the life of the district with its affordable menu and the eccentric atmosphere of its decor. It is not ready to change for years to come!
A brand new decor for the Saloon Bistro Bar
The restaurant took a bit of youth with a change of scenery signed by the award-winning Montreal designers Blazys Gerard to highlight the anniversary. Wood and intense forest green are predominant, but without leaving behind its funky-kitsch influences. Comfortable benches extend in front of the huge window, and the inviting terrace is the ideal place to watch the pedestrian streets of Sainte-Catherine for the summer.
A new chef chef for the Saloon Bistro bBar
Mikhaël Vinitsky, former head chef of the Grinder, joins the friendly team to take the lead in the kitchen which offers a new menu. Some classics stay there, of course, but newcomers will not fail to be noticed, such as the poke bowl salmon and legendary brunch plates (ideal to recover from a big evening!)
The Saloon Bistro Bar birthday = gifts for the clients
Promotions under the theme of the 25th are scheduled throughout the summer. VIP cards for $ 50 will go on sale. This card gives a non-negligible privilege: access to specials from 5 to 7, but at all times. Another great offer: a nice bottle of wine will be offered at $ 25.00 Sunday to Tuesday. Brunchs will also offer the option tipsy lunch – an offer of mimosas at will, you guessed it … $ 25.00! Regular menu items will be offered at 2 for $ 25.00 as well. In short, the Saloon takes the great way to celebrate this beautiful birthday with you! It is a rendezvous on the terrace, to taste a delicious gay bash (you have to try this cocktail, it is a DE-LI-CI-OUS!)
Happy B-Day Saloon Bistro Bar! To see the menu, it’s all there!
