What should you do? Contact the carrier (e.g., Canada Post) directly with your tracking number. They will be able to tell you exactly where your parcel is. If they ever tell you that they can\u2019t find it (this is quite rare), <a href=\"https:\/\/gentologie.com\/en\/about\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">write to us using this form<\/a>, and we\u2019ll help you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 4 \u2014 REIMBURSEMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All delivery charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable.
