I have tried many recipes and this one is my favourite. Try it on the morning after Santa Claus just dropped the gifts, the snow is falling and the sun is rising, or any other day of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usually, I take brioche bread at my local bakery, <a href=\"https:\/\/gentologie.com\/en\/fine-dining\/the-automne-of-seth-gabrielse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Automne Boulangerie<\/a>, named Pullman Bread. He is so perfect! It is only offered on weekends, and in limited quantities, but you can order it, it is under the name of Pullman bread that you will find it. But this time, it was brioche bread President\u2019s Choice brand imported from France that we had at home, courtesy of mom. If you want to make yours, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hervecuisine.com\/recette\/recette-de-la-brioche-moelleuse-et-filante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this recipe from Herv\u00e9 Cuisine (in french)<\/a> is super easy but you need a stand mixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perfect French toast for Christmas morning (for two)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the ingredients you need to make the perfect Christmas French Toast recipe. Be certain to read the recipe first, as it\u2019s necessary for perfect execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lightly beat the eggs, cream, milk, whisky, maple syrup and salt in a large shallow dish (a lasagna dish is perfect). Add the bread, turn to coat, then gently press the bread until you feel it begins to absorb the cream\/milk mixture\u2014this is the key to a succulent, not dry texture. Soak about 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn the bread over and soak on the second side, pressing gently from time to time, until the bread is saturated but not soggy, another 2 minutes or more. If your slices are thinner, soak a little shorter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When foaming disappears, gently lift the slices of bread from the mixture, allow the excess to drip into the pan, and cook in the pan until golden and the center of the toast comes back into place. When you touch it, about 2 minutes on each side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the toast to a rack placed inside a bordered baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while you bake other slices of bread.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then put everything on a plate, add your favorite toppings!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Perfect French toast for Christmas morning is ready to serve!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merry Christmas to all<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P.S.
