He came up with a transparent variation of the Espresso Martini. You may know Mr. Fortin better as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/loydvonrose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Loyd Von Rose<\/a>, his alter ego from his life as a mixologist, where he recently appeared on the s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.netflix.com\/ca-en\/title\/81437299\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eries Drink Masters on the popular video-on-demand service, Netflix<\/a>. class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 oz Cold filtered coffee distilled fat washed with grape seed oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basil Hayden 10 Year Orgeat Mousse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Coffee beans covered in gold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour 3 oz of coffee into a cocktail shaker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll the cocktail from one part of the shaker to the other about 5 times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the mousse on the cocktail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carefully place three golden coffee beans<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to succeed the cocktail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A &#8211; Distilled Cold Brew Coffee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 L Ground coffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 L Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grape seed oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brew 5 L of ground coffee in 3 L of water and let stand for 48 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the solution in a still and bring to a boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decant with a coffee filter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the distillation with the same amount of grape seed oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let stand in the freezer for 4 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separate the oil and coffee layers with cheesecloth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserve<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B &#8211; Basil Hayden\u2019s Orgeat Foam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 L Pistachios + Vodka (to cover the pistachios)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml Rose water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml of Basil Hayden 10 years (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saq.com\/en\/14095400\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in SAQ<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml Honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml Cashew milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/modernistpantry.com\/products\/foam-magic.html?_ga=2.170004448.1341204595.1668693998-970752189.1668693998\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MAGIC FOAM MC by Modernist Pantry<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Roast pistachios in the oven, covering them with vodka and rose water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 500 ml honey, 500 ml cashew milk and pistachios to a culinary food processor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filter everything through cheesecloth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix 250ml of your pistachio barley with 250ml of Basil Hayden 10 Year Old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 2% Magic Foam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place everything in a whipping siphon with 2 CO2 cartridges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C -Golden coffee beans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coffee beans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gold leaf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1L Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill a container
