As we mentioned in our article on their new evening menu, \u201cL\u2019Apr\u00e8s 9<\/a>\u201d, they have created a unique menu for Valentine\u2019s Day. Whatever type of evening you\u2019re looking for, they\u2019ve got you covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I haven\u2019t tried the restaurant yet, only the bar Le French Line<\/a>, but I\u2019ve heard nothing but good things, and the bar dishes are from the same team. Whether it\u2019s the oysters and seafood towers masterfully prepared by Daniel Notkins, or the dishes under the direction of Derek Dammann and Liam Hopkins, the experience can only be very high, not forgetting the whole service aspect where Marco Gucciardi does an exemplary job. And let\u2019s not forget the decor, which is as romantic as it gets. On the other hand, don\u2019t forget that the restaurant is not located in the great hall as was the case with the first iteration of the restaurant, but in what used to be the waiting area, which still gives an incredible result of a stepping into another century, literally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Past-century ambience, delicious food and impeccable service. Bar George and its restaurant are a place where the charm works. Although on certain evenings, the DJ is present, making for a more festive atmosphere. Be warned, this is not a piano bar. . . unfortunately, because that\u2019s where it belongs. They also have a wonderful menu for Valentine\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s magical here. Chef Olivier Vigneault turns plates into marvels. The work he does behind the counter is simply incredible. And what could be more romantic than a romantic meal in an Asian atmosphere with exceptional dishes? Perhaps add a glass or bottle of KRUG champagne, of which the restaurant is the Montr\u00e9al embassy<\/a> and certainly one of the best places to celebrate Valentine\u2019s Day in Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was lucky enough to try this restaurant in December 2024, when Mo\u00ebt & Chandon presented its exceptional cuv\u00e9es (the latter is back as the official champagne of F1, after Ferrari sparkling wine held the reins for a few years), which I\u2019ll tell you about again very soon. The precision of the dishes and the service, not to mention the kindness of the ever-present chef Ferrer, will probably make this an unforgettable evening. Make the most of it, as we\u2019ve heard that the restaurant won\u2019t be around for several more years, as the chef wants to move on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We haven\u2019t had a chance to try it yet, but I\u2019ve heard nothing but good things about this restaurant, which seems to be revisiting old-fashioned methods. It\u2019s refined, sophisticated and elegant. Take a step back in time with a hushed ambience that\u2019s sure to rekindle your flame. Did I mention that the Martini sounds incredible?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Restaurant h3 <\/a>is great. I loved my experiences in Executive Chef Jean-S\u00e9bastien Gigu\u00e8re\u2019s<\/a> restaurant. Local cuisine (which is being celebrated in force these days) is the spearhead of this restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, and the wine cellar is impressive. You can also enjoy a unique experience in the latter, but be aware that the temperature may be slightly chilly. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This restaurant is simply a benchmark in Qu\u00e9bec Province, whether for Valentine\u2019s Day or any other occasion. Despite financial difficulties, it\u2019s back on the scene. I hope to sit down there one day and enjoy the Toqu\u00e9 experience. All I can say is that you\u2019re sure to have a great romantic dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just a stone\u2019s throw from the aforementioned Annette wine bar, this restaurant is a classic with its warm wood-fired oven and delicious dishes. The team, led by chef\/owner Marc-Andr\u00e9 Jett\u00e9, will always welcome you with incredible finesse. The wine list is incredible. This restaurant has everything it takes to be one of the best places to celebrate Valentine\u2019s Day in Montr\u00e9al. And you absolutely must try the bread; it\u2019s a must. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love of cooking, love of his parents, love of his children, the great chef and his team will fashion exceptional sushi for you on this evening when romance takes over. Start by sharing their salad: it\u2019ll be an experience that\u2019ll make you want to try his AP restaurant in Toronto too. . . if that\u2019s where the rest of your weekend is headed.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
