These new tiers\u2014Sphene<\/strong>, Jade<\/strong>, Emerald<\/strong>, and Grandidierite<\/strong>\u2014named after green gemstones, will be available through annual subscriptions only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We chose these names because we wanted to stand out. While names like Gold, Silver, and Platinum are commonly used, we opted for more original designations, inspired by our new visual signature and dominant colour. Please note that subscriptions (excluding gift subscriptions) and invitations are non-transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here is the correspondence between actual and future tiers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n * New tier<\/p>\n\n\n\n A special subscription offer is also available at the end of this article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is the entry-level tier, more commonly known as \u201cfreemium.\u201d It\u2019s a level accessible to everyone to read all public content offered on Gentologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the Sphene<\/strong> tier, the second of the new membership tiers for Le Club by Gentologie and the first paid one, which we refer to as the \u201cFoundation,\u201d you will benefit from numerous advantages, including exclusive offers from our partners. These will be revealed when the new site launches. You will also gain access to private events, both online and in person, as well as several other privileges. This is just the beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With Jade<\/strong>, the third of the new membership tiers for Le Club by Gentologie, we move toward exclusivity, where the experience takes on a whole new dimension and a stronger sense of community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With Emerald<\/strong>, the third paid level of the new membership tiers for Le Club by Gentologie<\/a>, we\u2019re offering access to an exclusive world reserved for members who want to contribute to Gentologie\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This tier represents the ultimate exclusivity. Members will enjoy multiple unique benefits. An experience that will showcase Gentologie\u2019s full potential. More details will be shared in December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The reason is simple. At Gentologie, we want to build a community. Online, but also in person. At the time of writing, we have 23 active subscriptions. We know that\u2019s not a lot compared to the hundred we had following our crowdfunding campaign for the print magazine. That\u2019s mainly because we didn\u2019t have access to automated renewal options, as that functionality was owned by the crowdfunding platform\u2014which is totally understandable. This is why, starting in 2023, we essentially had to start from scratch, not to mention the lack of renewals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But all of that changes today, as we\u2019ll be putting much more energy into offering more to our members\u2014more than just one magazine. On that note, we\u2019ll only bring back the print magazine if we reach a minimum of 1,000 annual paid members. Otherwise, it isn\u2019t sustainable for us\u2014and most importantly, we publish a magazine so that it will be read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The benefits presented here are just the beginning. They\u2019ll continue to grow and expand each month. This could take many forms: contests, physical goods, and more. The possibilities are endless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Until January 25 at midnight, enjoy a locked-in annual legacy rate for your subscription. This annual rate will remain unchanged when transferring to the new tiers and will be charged at renewal.
