Eating here is an experience. Even though I haven’t had the opportunity to go there myself, many of our acquaintances and friends recommend this restaurant, where the service and food are on another level compared to everything else in the province since 1977 (under a few iterations). It’s no wonder that this establishment is a contender for a Michelin star in the future. If the dining room is full, head over to their lively cocktail bar, Le Vieux Carré, for a different kind of experience. Tanière3 is definitely one of the high-end restaurants to celebrate the holidays.
