Shipping Policy

ARTICLE 1 —SHIPPING COST

Canada

  • Delivery is free on all subscriptions and product orders over $100 anywhere in Canada.
  • Magazine orders are subject to a delivery charge of $2.50 per magazine.
  • It is very important to check the address carefully when placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for any charges incurred if you make a mistake or forget a detail (e.g., flat number) in your address.
  • For digital purchases, these will be offered immediately after payment for products on sale or when they go online for presale products.

Other countries

Delivery to other countries is not currently offered in the online shop. However, you can contact us using this form and we will be happy to send you our products.

ARTICLE 2 — DELIVERY TIMES

Québec and Ontario

  • Your order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse within 3–5 working days* of your purchase.
  • Your parcel will then arrive at your home within 2–3 working days* depending on your area.
  • There may be additional delays beyond our control on the part of the carrier.
  • When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
  • This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

National (rest of Canada)

  • Your order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse within 3–5 working days* of your purchase.
  • Your parcel will then arrive at your home in 5–7 working days* depending on your area. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the part of the carrier.
  • When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
  • This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

*Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day) and the Holiday season.

ARTICLE 3 — LOST PARCEL

Your parcel seems to have gone astray. What should you do? Contact the carrier (e.g., Canada Post) directly with your tracking number. They will be able to tell you exactly where your parcel is. If they ever tell you that they can’t find it (this is quite rare), write to us using this form, and we’ll help you.

ARTICLE 4 — REIMBURSEMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS

All delivery charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable. Please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second delivery will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to free delivery on your first delivery).
