Gentologie Media Group Inc. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting this site and/or purchasing one of our products, you are engaging in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Returns Policy”, “Policy”). This Returns Policy applies to all persons who have made a purchase from gentologie.com.

Please read this Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase from our website. If you do not agree to all of the terms and policies of this agreement, then you should not make a purchase from this website or use the services offered on this website.

All new products added to this shop in the future will also be subject to this Returns Policy. You can view the most current version of the Returns Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Returns Policy by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

ARTICLE 1 – DURATION

The duration of our policy for a subscription is 7 days. If more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. For physical products, excluding magazines, the duration of our policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITION

In order to be returned and be refund, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

ARTICLE 4 –EXIGENCE DE RETOUR

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ARTICLE 5 –UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Certain types of goods may not be returned. Magazines cannot be returned.

Other items that cannot be returned:

ARTICLE 6 –PARTIAL REFUND

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (where applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for any reason that is not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

ARTICLE 6.1 –PARTIAL REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or refused.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

ARTICLE 6.2 –DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

  • If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  • Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us using the form on this page.

ARTICLE 7 –SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Only regularly priced items are refundable, including items purchased with a promotional code. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

ARTICLE 8 –DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

We will only replace items that are originally faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email and we’ll let you know where to send your product.

ARTICLE 9 –GIFTS

If the item was labelled as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by the postal system.

If the item was not labelled as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.

ARTICLE 10 –SHIPPING RETURNS

  • To return your product, contact us for the return address.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.
  • Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item valued over $100, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
