Belgian Moon Mango Wheat
Celebrate summer with the delicious Mango Wheat from Belgian Moon (or Blue Moon for our American friends). This white wheat beer, infused with mango and lightly sweetened with honey, is perfect to enjoy with lightly sweet or mildly spicy dishes. I had the pleasure of tasting it at Ti-Agrikol, and the pairing with Southern-inspired cuisine was simply flawless. It also won the silver medal in the Fruit Wheat Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival 2016.

Thorle Trocken Riesling Rheinhessen 2017
March 13th marks Riesling Day, celebrated since 1435, the first documented reference to this grape variety. For the occasion, we recommend a dry Riesling (trocken in German) with notes of Thai basil, lemon zest, and white peach. Perfectly balanced between fresh fruit, lively acidity, and delicate tannins, it pairs beautifully with slightly rich dishes.

Sebastiani Chardonnay Sonoma County 2018
A Chardonnay that’s easy to enjoy, ideal for a relaxed moment.
