You wonder how it is possible. Well, the innovative luxury vehicle brand has transformed a Toronto film studio to create this online showroom.
This new service allows customers to have one-on-one conversations with representatives online in French and English from any mobile or office device.

You’ll also have access to a real-time view of Cadillac products so you can discover all the details – all by talking to a product expert using one-way video transmission, and the latter will not see you.
You can choose to start a new session with an online representative, view a pre-recorded session, or book a session. The tool also offers virtual tours of the Cadillac showroom online.
