While we recently discussed who might be the next James Bond, OMEGA has now unveiled a brand new Seamaster Diver 300M (James Bond’s watch). It is important to note that, over the past 20 years, the colour orange has become a characteristic feature of OMEGA diving watches, helping to improve visibility and safety underwater. This iconic orange hue has added a touch of dynamism and unique aesthetic appeal to several Seamaster collections. This year, it makes its debut in the iconic Diver 300M range, offering customers a choice of two distinctive stainless steel models. A gift to treat yourself to while you wait for 007’s!

Speaking of James Bond, his favourite whisky, The Macallan, has just unveiled new packaging for three of its collections (Double Cask, Sherry Oak and The Colour). Two of them focus on red, while the other features shades reminiscent of citrus fruits. We’ll tell you more about it in this article. Coming to shelves in the next few months. However, if you’re in Paris, stop by The Peninsula, where the brand has a pop-up space on the rooftop terrace until the end of September 2025. Also for travellers, The Macallan recently opened its own shop at Heathrow Airport in Terminal 5. An excellent choice for the Editor’s Picks for July 2025.

We were at the opening of the impressive new high-end furniture store, RH Montreal (RH stands for Restoration Hardware) at Royalmount, and it was quite an evening! On the menu: Petrossian caviar (I think Antonius is better), Bellinis from Cipriani, Vespers (our recipe is here, by the way), Ruinart champagne, and incredible appetisers from Adele Forgione. It must be said that the highlight of her store is its rooftop restaurant! We got an exclusive scoop on the future chef, but we’re keeping it a secret for now.

Tucci in Italy

Italy, a country that never ceases to fascinate us. This five-part series follows Stanley Tucci through Italy’s magnificent landscapes, exploring the deep connections between gastronomy, culture and history. More than just a travelogue, it is a rich and narrative dive into the country’s iconic culinary traditions. Along the way, he meets locals, chefs, artisans and even cowboys, discovering hidden treasures and untold stories. With National Geographic’s signature storytelling and his characteristic humour, Mr. Tucci revels in a Sienese feast in Tuscany, samples farm-to-table innovation in Lombardy and rediscovers the rustic soul of Lazio. For the first time, he visits Trentino-Alto Adige to taste pine needle pesto in the Alps and explores the rituals of wild seafood in Abruzzo on a century-old trabocco. Discover Italy as you’ve never seen it before: delicious, sincere and unforgettable. Fashion and film lovers, take note: Mr. Tucci will also be returning in the sequel to The Devil Wears Prada.
