Discover the 26 MICHELIN Guide Québec 2025 restaurants

Here they are, the 26 MICHELIN Guide Québec 2025 restaurants as it was announced in August 2024. There are certainly several restaurants that will be in demand over the next few days, as the two hosts of the On Est Dans le Jus podcast told us when I interviewed them for our En première classe podcast last February, so dear customers, be patient with the restaurants and the places available for reservations. And also, if you make reservations, honour them!
This new selection for Québec, as we said in that article, will be no exception to the rule. It will follow the historic methodology of the MICHELIN Guide, based on five universal criteria that guarantee that each destination is evaluated fairly: 1) the quality of the products; 2) the harmony of flavours; 3) the mastery of techniques; 4) the voice and personality that the chef expresses in his cuisine; 5) the coherence between each visit and each dish on the menu. It should be noted that each establishment is inspected several times a year on a confidential basis.
The 26 MICHELIN Guide Québec 2025 Restaurants
Depending on the quality of their offering, the various establishments receive one, two or three MICHELIN Stars. So, without further ado, here are the 26 MICHELIN Guide Québec 2025 restaurants.

1 green star
The MICHELIN Green Star can be awarded to any type of establishment listed in the MICHELIN Guide Québec 2025 Restaurants, whether or not it has a distinction for its food (a Bib Gourmand or MICHELIN Star). It takes into consideration concrete sustainable initiatives and highlights industry-leaders when it comes to a restaurant’s commitment to eco-friendly gastronomy.
These initiatives can take on a wide variety of forms, depending on the issues and resources specific to each restaurant, but range from the sourcing of ingredients and respecting seasonality to reducing waste and raising customer awareness. As such, there are no fixed criteria; the MICHELIN Guide simply aims to recognize the most remarkable commitments and encourage the creativity shown by restaurateurs in devising new courses of daily action.
For 2025, 3 restaurants receiving the MICHELIN Guide Québec 2025 Restaurants one green star are:
- Alentours (Québec)
- Auberge Saint-Mathieu (Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc)
- Espace Old Mill (Stanbridge East)
