Be very generous with ice. When you use this technique, the compacted ice dilutes much less quickly and your cocktail stays cold much longer.
Ingredients for the Pear-fect Spritz Cocktail
- 1 ½ oz | 45 ml of Belle de Brillet
- 2 oz | 30 ml of Club Soda
- 3 oz | 90 ml of Dry Prosecco
- 4-5 drops of pear bitters
- Lemon wedge
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Pear slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a glass filled with ice, pour the Belle de Brillet, pear bitters, Club Soda, and Dry Prosecco
- Stir gently.
- Squeeze 1 lemon wedge
- Garnish with lemon and pear slices.
