Alsace is home to unique wines, including this brilliant Riesling from the Kientzler estate, whose know-how has been passed down from Father to Son for 5 generations! Plunging your nose into it is discovering an unsuspected world of pleasurable aromas. A fusion of juicy fresh fruits such as apple, pear, pineapple, stone fruit and Meyer lemon. It is mineral (flint), digestible, sapid, elegant and fine. A fresh wine that will enhance oysters, sushi or poké, fish or summer shrimp salad. Vibrant!

Maison Champy Chardonnay Cuvée Edme 2020
[spacer height=”20px”]
The Champy house is the first in Burgundy, founded in Beaune in 1720! The magnificent terroirs of Puligny, Meursault and Rully give it an opulent touch. A symphony of yellow apples, Meyer lemon, exotic fruits, toast and beeswax! It is fresh, finely wooded, graceful, mineral and long in the mouth. A great combination with foie gras toast, salmon (smoked or gravlax) or a Vacherin. Opulent!

Quails’ Gate Rosé Okanagan Valley 2021

Quails’ Gate Rosé Okanagan Valley 2021
[spacer height=”20px”]
The microclimate of the Okanagan Valley is very conducive to quality wines! Interestingly, this renowned vineyard even offers the possibility of eating and tasting their wines on a terrace overlooking this bucolic valley. This wine is an ode to summer by offering us an opulent and very inviting nose. We enjoy the notes of fresh cherry, raspberry and cantaloupe. The attack offers great liveliness, character, suppleness and length in the mouth. Excellent as an aperitif or with pork or beef skewers, or a pizza with local vegetables as an accompaniment to a salad of strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Satiating!
