Pressé Ultimate Tom Collins with Bombay Citron Pressé
The inspiration behind Bombay Citron Pressé and widely considered one of the most popular and delicious gin cocktails, the Tom Collins calls for gin, fresh lemon, sugar charged with soda water and served in a tall, round ‘Collins’ glass. The perfect showcase for Bombay Citron Pressé Gin.
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz Bombay Citron Pressé
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- 2 ½ oz Soda Water
- + Lemon wedge
Method
1. Pour over ice then stir.
2. Garnish and serve

Wildgarden Cup Flora Adora with Hendrick’s Flora Adora
The most enchanting wonders bloom in a wild garden! The Hendrick’S Flora Adora Wildgarden Cup is resplendent in a fresh refined floral fruitiness far more from the everyday. A perfectly balanced gin cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz Hendrick’s Flora Adora
- ¼ oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- + Soda Water
- + 4 raspberries
- + 6 mint leaves
- + 3 cucumber wheels
Method
- Fill glass with cubed ice.
- Add raspberry & mint to glass, add Hendrick’s Flora Adora, lemon and simple syrup then gently mix.
- Top with soda, gently mix again and garnish with cucumber.

The last of the 3 gin-based cocktails : The Rosa with Gin 3 Lacs Blood Orange
Here’s a simple cocktail that’s perfect for summer. It’s easy to make and brings out all the flavours of the new blood orange gin from Distillerie 3 Lacs.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz 3 Lacs Blood Orange Gin
- 2 oz Cranberry and pomegranate juice
- 2 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
- + Blood orange wheels
Method
- In a glass filled with ice, mix all ingredients together.
- Garnish with a few wheels of blood orange!
