The Piment Rouge opened for the first time in 1980 in the magnificent heritage building of the former Windsor Hotel, in the heart of the city centre. Until 2014, this establishment established itself as the elegant Chinese restaurant par excellence of the metropolis. A popular destination for the jet-set, it was the refuge of celebrities and politicians visiting the city. After a decade of absence on the gastronomic scene, the owner, Hazel Mah, is making her big comeback offer us a more accessible and family-friendly version of this emblematic restaurant.
