Here is one of the most popular cocktails on the planet right now, we love its orange taste that mixes with the fine bubbles of Prosecco and soda. It’s good to taste the perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. It is also available in a bottled version. However the Prosecco is not present in the bottle, which means that we find a little less sparkling.

I don’t know if this Spritz already existed, but the idea came to me during an event, when a friend of mine was ordering a Negroni, a cocktail made up of equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari invented by the Count Negroni in 1919 who asked that the soda in his Americano be replaced by gin. I thought it was a very strong alcohol drink for a dinner party that need to become hat is called a long cocktail. When I got home, I tried the recipe that you find below, and the result was delicious. Good tasting!
