Three Spritz Recipes Made the Italian Way
Aperol Spritz
Here is one of the most popular cocktails on the planet right now, we love its orange taste that mixes with the fine bubbles of Prosecco and soda. It’s good to taste the perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. It is also available in a bottled version. However the Prosecco is not present in the bottle, which means that we find a little less sparkling.
Ingredients
- 3 parts | 3 oz | 90 ml of Prosecco
- 2 parts | 2 oz | 60 ml of Aperol
- 1 part | 1 oz | 30 ml of Soda (We love the Fever-Tree’s one)
Method
- Pour the Aperol, Prosecco and soda water directly into a wine glass filled with ice and shake well. You want that the Aperol blend in with the Prosecco and the Soda.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
- Enjoy
Campari Spritz
Do you know Campari? This bitter and ruby-red liqueur of Italian origin which has been gaining popularity in the last years, present in the Negroni. We bet that this Spritz will be the star of the next few years. Just the bitterness you need.
Ingredients
- 3 parts | 3 oz | 90 ml of Prosecco
- 2 parts | 2 oz | 60 ml of Campari
- 1 part | 1 oz | 30 ml ox Soda (We love the Fever-Tree’s one)
Method
- Pour the Campari, Prosecco and soda water directly into a wine glass filled with ice and shake well. You want that the Campari blend in with the Prosecco and the Soda.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
- Enjoy
Three Spritz Recipe : A twist on a classic cocktail
Negroni Spritz
I don’t know if this Spritz already existed, but the idea came to me during an event, when a friend of mine was ordering a Negroni, a cocktail made up of equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari invented by the Count Negroni in 1919 who asked that the soda in his Americano be replaced by gin. I thought it was a very strong alcohol drink for a dinner party that need to become hat is called a long cocktail. When I got home, I tried the recipe that you find below, and the result was delicious. Good tasting!

- 3 parts | 3 oz | 90 ml of Prosecco
- 1 part | 1 oz | 30 ml of Soda (We love the Fever-Tree’s one)
